The YMCA Youth Sports Program helps children become not only better players, but better people as well. It’s a progressive program, with multiple age-specific levels. Each week your child will be taught a new skill, practice it, and then develop it during a fun, engaging contactless soccer activity!
How are coaches selected?
Our experienced coaches are part of our Y staff and ALL of our coaches go through a background check as well as a drug test. Your child’s safety is our #1 priority.
What will my child learn?
Develop basic foot control skills needed to play the “most popular sport around the globe.” Coaches will focus on teaching your child trapping, dribbling, passing, and shooting skills. If weather permits, games will be played outside on grass field.
