Counselors In Training (CIT)

Be Part of Something Bigger.

Our counselor-in-training (CIT) program offers opportunities for hands-on experience working with children in our summer camp groups. CITs work closely with summer camp counselors to develop skills of leadership, organization, teaching and problem solving. Participants will take on expanded responsibilities and contribute their talents as they develop their leadership skills while working with camp groups. This program lays the foundation for becoming a counselor.
