21-Day Virtual Weight Loss Program

What better way to stay motivated and active than in the comfort of your home. Train with one of our certified personal trainers in a virtual group setting for 21 days as you build muscle, shed weight, and have fun!

What to expect?

The virtual weight loss program will be a virtual 4-week (Mon – Fri) program ran through Zoom. At the start of the program, we will privately take weight and keep track of our progress throughout the program. Members of the program will also receive tips daily that includes: motivation, meals, and more.

What’s needed from you?

Before the start of the program, please make sure to download Zoom on your phone/iPad/ as this is how we will workout together.

Equipment needed:

  • Stepper – you could either purchase your own stepper online or the Y will provide you one during the course of the weight loss program.
  • Light Dumbbells – If you do not have dumbbells, the Y will provide you a pair during the course of this program.
