Youth Cardio Kids

For children who want to get in shape and learn new exercises, this is the program to register for.  Our instructor will put each child through a great workout, teach healthy food choices, and prepare them for high level athletics in the future or just a healthy lifestyle in general.

The majority of the session consists of agility drills and bodyweight exercises.  The age group for this session is anywhere from 8-12 years old.  At this age, it is important to make sure children are not lifting weights because it can affect their growth.  Some exercises include agility ladders, cone shuffling, burpees, mountain climbers, jumping jacks, pushups, sit ups, sprints, and much more.
